HNZ Group is an international provider of helicopter transportation and related support services with operations in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Antarctica and southeast Asia. Our charter operations are provided under three brands:

  • HNZ Global with activities in the Asia Pacific and Antarctic regions;
  • Canadian Helicopters with activities in Canada.
  • Norsk Helikopterservice with activities in Norway.

The Group operates in excess of 115 helicopters in support of a range of multi-national companies and government agencies, including onshore and offshore oil & gas, mining, hydro, construction, military support, search & rescue, and air ambulance operations.   In addition to charter services, we provide flight training and repair & maintenance services (MRO) to third parties.

We offer extensive operational capability to meet the most challenging transportation needs, backed by comprehensive safety and quality programs. HNZ Group is headquartered near Montréal, Canada and employs approximately 700 personnel from 35 locations around the world.

HNZ Group is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and trades under the symbols HNZ.A (common shares) and HNZ.B (variable voting shares).   HNZ.B shares are held by “Non-Canadian” shareholders and are identical to HNZ.A shares in all economic respects.    The voting interests of HNZ.B shares may dilute if certain voting thresholds are met.

Our primary objective is to strengthen HNZ Group’s leading market position and provide growth and dividends to shareholders by:

  • strengthening and expanding upon existing customer relationships;
  • capitalizing on strategic opportunities through organic growth or acquisition.
